Personal Trainers and co-founders of #GirlGainsA movement to inspire women to become fitter, healthier and happier.
Tally Rye, 25 started her fitness journey 6 years ago, while studying musical theatre in London. In a physically demanding and competitive industry, Tally decided to become the best version of herself. Inside and out.
As a self-described “overweight teen”, she joined a gym and discovered a whole world of fitness.
One thing led to another and by 2015 Tally had swapped the stage for the studio, becoming a qualified PT and launching her own pop up series Secret HIIT Club.
She co-founded #GirlGains, with her two best friends and the online community has gone from strength to strength with over 50,000 Instagram followers and counting.
Victoria Spence, 21 born in Manchester was destined for a career in dancing. Signed at 17, Victoria featured in music videos, fashion and photo shoots.
Two years later and Victoria, in her own words, had begun to create an “unhealthy obsession towards food and exercise”. Weighing herself three times a day and dealing with the pressures of dancing and modelling, Victoria struggled with her body image, eventually leading to her being diagnosed with anorexia.
Realising that she had two choices, “recover or die”, Victoria began the fight to a healthier and fitter life.
Using her inspiring story and the power of social media she has motivated girls to love their bodies and transform their lives ever since. As 1/3 of #GirlGains, Victoria continues to share her passion for health and fitness with females around the world.
